I am the President of our Ladies Fellowship at church. While I do sometimes struggle with having this responsibility (women are sometimes a hard lot to reign in and I have to be a skilled diplomat) once I’m in the middle of the mayhem of the monthly meeting I do enjoy it.
I choose a theme for each meeting. Thanks to this WONDERFUL online resource: Creative Ladies Ministry, I have learned that choosing a theme for each month’s meeting makes the meetings more attractive and fun.
Last night was “All things Italian.” I think everyone had fun, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, we were able to get some things accomplished! I’m also very grateful to the Lord for bringing young women into the group. It really makes us a well-rounded group of ladies, and the young energy is contagious and encouraging to me.
